Each year in September, Senior Members’ are hosted for lunch and the

Annual Senior Members Photo shoot.

Unfortunately Covid-19 constraints and the “border bubble” have resulted in the postponement of the Senior Member’s Luncheon for the moment. We will advise a re-scheduled date in due course.

NEW MEMBER – TIE PRESENTATIONS & DINNER

Time: 5:30 PM  to  11:00 PM

New Members who have been confirmed to receive their Club Tie attend the Member’s Bar, along with their Proposer and second proposer for the Tie Presentations which commence shortly after 6.00pm.

 

Dinner is held from 6.30pm. Members and guests are required to book in advance (ensuring we adhere to Covid patron number restrictions). Dinner is a small a la carte menu, offering choices across three courses.

2nd Annual Beef & Bold Reds Dinner

It’s Winter, it’s been a challenge, you can now book, eat and drink, around a table with your friends. This is a night of big fires, big steaks, big reds and big laughs. Your special cellared bottle of red is welcome (with corkage).
Matt says the menu will look like this:
First course:
Open ravioli of braised oxtail. spinach, celeriac and porcini cream
Second course:
Beef, stout & oyster pie, pea puree and bacon jam
Third course
Slow roasted scotch fillet, parsnip puree, bambino potatoes, heirloom carrots, tarragon butter
Fourth course
Spotted dick pudding, vanilla anglaise, toasted walnut & honey ice cream                                   $90 members $95 member guests
