A day for all our Club families! This is a terrific afternoon for children, parents and grandparents. There are plenty of activities for the varying ages including a jumping castle, face painting, movies and games indoor and out. A barbecue lunch, Gundowring ice-creams, cheese platters and plenty of appropriate beverages, according to the age group! Dress code: Neat casual
End of month lunches are a casual two course (main & dessert) catch-up amongst members and friends. Partners and guests are welcome to attend, bookings are essential. In the cooler months indoors by the fires, in the warmer months perhaps on the Terrace or in the cool of the air-con inside. Dress code: Smart casual.
Anzac Day is always very special here at the Club. The Official Party come through for the Anzac Ceremony which is held in the Wine Room, thereafter members and guests come together for lunch. During the afternoon we enjoy a Club two-up game outdoors.
Pub Choir’s have been around for a while now, so why not Club Choir? Bob Mathews and a few of his cohorts are rallying to start our very own Club Choir, all are welcome, come along and have some fun, enthusiasm essential, talent not essential. Dress code: Neat casual
Tie Night presentations are an opportunity for new members to be introduced to others within the Club, and to formally be presented with their Albury Club Tie. The members who initially proposed the new member will also attend and briefly introduce the new member and welcome them into the club. Where possible a restaurant style dinner service is offered on Tie Nights which is an opportunity for members, partners and guests to enjoy a meal together thereafter. Dinner is available from 6.30pm, bookings essential. Dress code is jacket and tie for men, smart attire.
New Members who have been confirmed to receive their Club Tie attend the Member’s Bar, along with their Proposer and second proposer for the Tie Presentations which commence shortly after 6.00pm.
Dinner is held from 6.30pm. Members and guests are required to book in advance (ensuring we adhere to Covid patron number restrictions). Dinner is a small a la carte menu, offering choices across three courses.
